  • I have had chronic lumbar back pain which extends down the outside of my right thigh, with occasional tingling in the foot and pain in the knee especially when walking downstairs. The consultation with Josephine was excellent! She listened to my concerns and we discussed a treatment plan. From the first session I have had no pain in my thigh, after the second session I had no pain in my back and thigh and I was able to walk down stairs with reduced discomfort in my knee!
